As intimated to the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. and the members of the Company, the next date of Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 27th December 2011 at 11.30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 14^th November 2011 has recommended a final dividend @ 15% (i.e. Rs. 1.50 per equity share) and a special dividend @ 70% (i.e. Rs. 7.00 per equity share) on 2,33,15,150 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the declaration by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

For the purpose of dividend payment and Annual General Meeting of the Company, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday 20th December 2011 to Tuesday 27^th December 2011 (both days exclusive).

Dividend payment date is 2^nd January 2012.
